Hi Edith, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Klever Brow Studio was founded 5 years ago, Getting here was not easy!
I worked multiple jobs to sustain ny business for the first 2-3 years.
Permanent makeup was not something I had planned to do.
In 2021 I moved to San Antonio from El Paso TX. I came here looking for more opportunities but PMU never crossed my mind. My sister introduced me to the PMU industry just a few weeks after moving to SA and I went for it.
At times I wanted to quit but I’m glad I didn’t!
God has blessed my business so much and I am where I am now thanks to him.
I love what do. Sometimes you won’t know if you will like something until you actually try it!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not really..
I lacked a lot of business knowledge at first. I didn’t know if what I was doing was actually going to workout at some point. Many times I thought about quitting but I just knew that I didn’t want to start over with a new business or a new job!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I offer permanent makeup services. I specialize in Nano Combo and Ombre Powder Brows. Just recently added a new service; lip blushing.
My Nano Combo technique is what I’m mostly known for.
One thing that makes me very proud is that the work that I do is so unique just like any other artist’s work in my industry!
We get to create brows from scratch with our own hands. Every time I see how much my clients love their brows is something that just makes me happy and feel very proud of.
One thing that I would say that sets me apart from others is how natural my brows look. This is something that my clients always mention when coming to me.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I was an interesting child growing up. In school I always liked to talk to my classmates all the time. I was usually known for talking a lot and would always get in trouble because of it! Ha
Looking back I believe I was very creative. One time I painted my whole bedroom green with the help of my sister. Then I drew and colored a bunch of circles and placed them on the walls for a polka dots effect. I loved how it came out!
I was also very friendly as a child, didn’t have any problems making new friends.
In my teenage years I spent most of my time watching shows! Loved to watch romance !
