Hi Luke, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
We started in 2007 and we worked up till today and we do a lot of ADA and remodeling for veterans and handicap people in San Antonio
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Some struggles on the way has been inflation of materials and the cost to satisfy peoples budgets. The different recession we’ve been having.
As you know, we’re big fans of 1st Rate Remodeling. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are a general remodeling company. We work on additions, kitchens, bathroom, flooring, painting, remodels, and commercial.
What were you like growing up?
Growing up was very quiet person always worked in the Remodeling and construction world join the army enlisted in 2003 and worked my way up with Iraq came back started up 1st Rate and now we’re working for the veterans
