Cecilia Reyes-Cruz is the heart behind Easy Moving & Logistics. With a background in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management, she earned multiple diplomas in the field and built her experience across various service-oriented industries. Throughout her career, she developed a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and operations—skills that today define the way she runs the business. Cecilia brings a people-first mindset to every interaction, ensuring that each client feels supported, respected, and confident during what is often one of life’s most stressful transitions.
The roots of Easy Moving & Logistics began in Georgia, where her husband, Camilo Cruz, first started working in the moving industry and gained hands-on experience in the field. After getting married in the summer of 2025, Cecilia and Camilo decided to combine their strengths, vision, and experience to build something of their own. What started as a shared idea quickly turned into a unified mission.
After a year of working and growing the business in Atlanta, they made the decision to relocate and bring Easy Moving & Logistics to Boerne, where they currently reside and operate the company. This transition marked an important step in their journey, allowing them to establish deeper roots in the community while continuing to grow their vision.
Together, they co-founded Easy Moving & Logistics with a clear purpose: to create a trustworthy and reliable company that genuinely cares about people. By combining Camilo’s operational experience with Cecilia’s customer-focused approach, they have been able to build a service that not only gets the job done efficiently, but also prioritizes communication, professionalism, and peace of mind for every client.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all—it hasn’t been a completely smooth road, and that’s part of what has shaped who we are today.
Like many small businesses, one of the biggest challenges in the beginning was simply getting established and earning trust. Starting in a competitive industry meant we had to work twice as hard to prove our reliability and build a solid reputation from the ground up. Every review, every client interaction, and every job mattered.
Relocating the business from Atlanta to Boerne also came with its own set of challenges. We essentially had to start over in a new market—rebuilding our client base, learning a different community, and reestablishing our presence. It required patience, consistency, and a lot of hands-on effort.
There were also operational challenges, especially in the early stages—managing logistics, coordinating schedules, finding reliable team members, and sometimes even handling physically demanding jobs ourselves. Like any growing business, we had to learn quickly, adapt, and improve as we went.
Financially, starting with limited resources meant being very intentional with every decision. From renting trucks to investing in equipment and marketing, we had to balance growth with sustainability.
But through all of it, those challenges pushed us to become better—more organized, more resilient, and more focused on what truly matters: providing a dependable, high-quality service and taking care of our clients.
Looking back, the road hasn’t been easy, but every obstacle has helped us build a stronger foundation for the future.

Our goal is to be a one-stop solution for our clients, so they don’t have to worry about coordinating multiple vendors during an already overwhelming process.
We are proud to be a Latino, family-owned and operated business, and we are fully bilingual in both English and Spanish. This allows us to serve a broader community and connect with our clients in a more personal and comfortable way, ensuring clear communication throughout the entire process.

I also find a lot of happiness in building something alongside my husband, Camilo Cruz.
