Hi Marisabel, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Thank you so much for having me, it’s truly an honor to be featured here! I’m Marisabel and I am the founder of The Soulful Bloom Market, the first intentional market for the soul.
Around the time that The Soulful Bloom Market began blooming, I was in the midst of one of the darkest tower moments of my life. Although I had been sitting in a place of transition and uncertainty, my Inner Knowing would lead me through the darkness to create something that would become the light from my heart center.
My gifts came to me in 2022, and I began attending pop-ups and private events in December of 2024. We began as the Spiritual Baddie SATX, offering Tarot Readings, Energy Healing, and Shadow Work sessions. By the summer, my Inner Knowing led me to bring my first vision to life, a Make and Take Crystal Jar Pop-up. The Crystal Jar Pop-Up allowed me to return home to my roots, access my creativity, and begin building a community that could create something intentional for themselves. At first, the Crystal Jar Pop-Up was a success and well received, but then it slowly became stagnant. I tried different variations of my set-up, but none of them sat right in my heart center. Through many lessons and deep reflection, my Spirit showed me I was meant to create my own space.
Before formally meeting my co-host, we would engage with each other on social media from time to time. I would eventually gain the courage to ask her to partner together to bring my second vision to life: an intentional market where you could come, slow down and pour back into yourself.
We gave ourselves 2 months to plan our first market, and we began building with intention. Our first market was held at a local coffee shop and we carefully selected six vendors who represented the idea of slowing down and pouring back into yourself. We featured a Tarot Reader, Henna Artist, Bloom Bar, and Creativity Stations where you could create your own Burn Wand, Crystal Bracelet and Crystal Jars. The first Soulful Bloom Market radiated with light as It brought together community, purpose and allowed creativity to bloom within all of us.
Following our first market, we quickly grew into a larger space that allowed us to offer more hands on services and Creativity Stations. We have had the pleasure of hosting various vendors including Tarot Readers, Astrology Chart Readers, Spiritual Coaching, Energy Work Based Aesthetics, Heart-Led Chocolatiers, Henna Artists, and Creativity Stations where you can create your own Self-Love Candle, Crystal Bracelets, Burn Wands & Crystal Jars.
As The Soulful Bloom Market continues to grow, we have expanded into collaborations with other small businesses and began hosting our own workshops through Mindful Moments.
The Soulful Bloom Market helped me heal through my trauma, my PTSD, and all the versions of myself who didn’t have a home. She exists beyond my physical being, not only is she the light that I needed, she is the ripple effect of my healing journey. She exists so you will always have a place to come home too, a place to belong, a place to be see, heard, and feel safe in.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
In the Spring of 2025 I returned to work as a Firefighter/Paramedic following a work injury the previous year. And at the same time, I was rebuilding my business as The Spiritual Baddie SATX following a break. Both of these entities had their own set of unresolved trauma, PTSD, and anxiety that I needed to heal from. Stagnancy and movement came together in waves and I had to learn to move with the flow rather than against it. When I was shown that Spiritual Baddie would require too much of me, I had to let her rest so I could focus on The Soulful Bloom Market. The Soulful Bloom Market would come with its own set of challenges that required deep generational healing of boundaries, self-respect, and inner strength. In both my career and my business I must consistently maintain a balance of safety, self, and flow. They are both the shadow and light versions of myself, and learning to co-exist alongside each other has been the greatest challenge of them all.

The Soulful Bloom Market was created with one intention, to help give you a moment to slow down, soften, and come back home to yourself.
Our vendors offer Spiritual and Holistic Services including Reiki, Energy Work, Astrology, Spiritual Based Life Coaching, Aromatherapy and Massages.
The heart of market lay in our Creativity Stations, make-and-take style vendors who allow you to slow down and create something intentional. You are able to create Self-Love Candle, Crystal Bracelets, Burn Wands & Crystal Jars.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
What is meant for you, will always be for you.
While learning to maintain the shadow and light of my life, the business and the career, I naturally pushed back against the flow of The Universe. There were many versions of myself that I held onto, comparing who I presently was to the version of me prior to my injury. Not understanding that the blocks that The Universe had put in my path were for me to pivot in the right direction.
It was only after being completely stripped that I allowed myself to bloom into who I was without fear and begin flowing with The Universe.
No matter how long it took, where I went, or how long I was gone, The Soulful Bloom Market was waiting me for when I returned home to myself.
