My journey started with a passion for technology and a desire to help people solve real problems. That realization inspired me to build a business focused on helping organizations build strong digital foundations.
I began by working in IT and technology support, where I gained experience across web development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and systems administration. As I grew professionally, I noticed a major gap: many businesses needed technology solutions that were both reliable and easy to use, but they didn’t know where to start. That’s when I decided to create DV-Tech. A company dedicated to delivering modern, secure, and scalable technology services for businesses of all sizes.
At DV-Tech, we specialize in web and app development, IT consulting, cybersecurity, cloud services, and digital marketing. We help businesses build systems that work, protect their data, and grow online through custom technology solutions.
Along the way, I also founded D.I Productions Ent LLC, a media production company that focuses on video, photography, and audio services. While DV-Tech supports businesses behind the scenes with technology, D.I Productions helps them tell their story visually. Both businesses share the same mission: to help people and organizations build and grow with confidence.
Today, I’m proud to lead DV-Tech and support clients across multiple industries, helping them modernize their operations, improve security, and expand their digital presence. My journey has been about continuous learning, staying adaptable, and always focusing on solutions that create real value.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, the road has not been smooth and that’s been a major part of the learning process. One of the biggest challenges I faced early on was building credibility and trust in the tech industry, especially when I was just starting out.
At first, I had the skills and the drive, but I didn’t always have the resources or the reputation to secure bigger clients. I remember a moment early in my career when I was hired for a project that could have been a breakthrough opportunity. The client had high expectations, and I knew this project could significantly impact my business. However, I quickly realized I didn’t have the right tools or support to execute it at the level I wanted. The pressure was intense because I didn’t want to disappoint the client, but I also didn’t want to deliver subpar work.
That experience taught me a lot. I had to learn how to:
manage time better
plan projects more strategically
build a strong support network
invest in tools and systems that would improve service quality
Another major struggle was balancing multiple roles while running a business. From operations and marketing to client work and administration, there were times when I felt like I was wearing too many hats. It forced me to become more disciplined and organized, and it pushed me to improve my systems and processes.
Additionally, managing resources and finances was a challenge. Growing a tech business requires consistent investment in tools, software, and training. I had to learn how to budget smartly, prioritize spending, and reinvest wisely into growth.
While the journey has had its difficulties, each challenge helped me grow stronger and more resilient. They taught me that success is not about avoiding setbacks. it’s about learning from them, adapting, and moving forward with more clarity and confidence.

But the most effective networking has been a mix of online connections and real-life meetings. Face-to-face conversations help build trust faster, while online networking helps you expand your reach.
What worked well for me was being consistent and showing up. I didn’t just reach out once—I followed up, shared updates, and stayed engaged. Over time, these relationships turned into mentorships, partnerships, and opportunities.
The mentors who’ve helped me most didn’t just teach me technical skills—they helped me see new opportunities, avoid mistakes, and grow as a leader. My biggest piece of advice is to never stop learning and always be open to guidance. A good mentor can accelerate your growth in ways you can’t do alone.
