Rising Stars: Meet Jenna of Far Northeast in Schertz/Cibolo

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenna.

Hi Jenna, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My journey to founding Happy Hope Wellness has been a lifelong adventure in growth, curiosity, and learning what it truly means to live well. From a young age, I was drawn to understanding people and how we communicate, how we heal, and how we move through challenge and change.

My experiences in the Air Force shaped my resilience, discipline, and deep respect for mental and emotional health. Later, working as a speech-language pathologist, I saw firsthand how closely communication, the nervous system, and overall well-being are connected. I also witnessed a growing mental health crisis ….. people functioning on the outside while feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or depleted on the inside.

The combination of my life journey and my own experience with grief and trauma that led me into my own healing journey.

Happy Hope Wellness LLC was born from the understanding that out of love, hope, and a genuine desire to help people… they too can experience more happiness, joy, and presence in their everyday lives. It’s an elevated, creative, and innovative approach to wellness that blends science-informed practices with sensory and artistic experiences. At its core, the mission is simple: to make life feel better, more grounded, and more connected. Mindset meets nervous system regulation!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like most meaningful journeys, it hasn’t been a perfectly smooth road. Starting a business can feel intimidating at times, especially when you’re building something that doesn’t fit neatly into one category. There are moments that call for patience, trust, and the willingness to pause and reflect rather than rush forward.

I’ve learned to view challenges not as obstacles, but as invitations to reframe and ask a different question. Instead of focusing on what isn’t working, I ask, “What are other ways we can approach this?” That mindset shift opens space for creativity, possibility, and growth.
Knowing your why is what truly makes you unstoppable. When your work is rooted in purpose and aligned with your values, challenges become part of the process rather than reasons to stop.

Each experience along the way has helped shape Happy Hope Wellness into something more intentional, grounded, and authentic.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My work lives at the intersection of wellness, creativity, and nervous system support. Through Happy Hope Wellness, I create elevated, experience-based offerings designed to help people feel more grounded, regulated, and connected in their everyday lives. My approach blends science-informed practices with sensory and creative experiences that support both mindset and the nervous system. I have a private space in Tella Total Wellness where I provide advanced sound and vibrational therapies, as well as offer heart brain coherence optimization. I also work with communities and organizations to provide restorative soundbaths, creative wellness and pressed flower workshops, educational presentations, workplace wellness sessions and private events/retreats. I bring a new level of elevated wellness when addressing mental health and self care.

I’m known for creating intentional, calming spaces where people can slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves. What I’m most proud of is the way people feel after an experience, lighter, clearer, and more present. That sense of embodied change is what matters most to me.

What sets Happy Hope Wellness apart is the integration of creativity, science, and intention. By blending mindset work with nervous system regulation and artistic expression, I offer an approach to wellness that is innovative, grounded, and transformative.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up, I was definitely a dreamer who was creative, artistic, and endlessly curious. I loved drawing, writing, and capturing my dreams in my journal, always exploring ideas and imagining possibilities. As a military brat, I had the incredible opportunity to travel all over the world, immersing myself in different cultures and perspectives, which shaped the way I see the world today.

I’ve always been a helper at heart, naturally drawn to supporting others and making sure everyone feels cared for. That desire to nurture, create, and connect has been a thread through my entire life.
