Hi Jennifer, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My work with the Dolores Cannon technique, QHHT past life regressions along with Reiki and energy guidance, began as a personal search for deeper meaning. I’ve always been drawn to understanding why we feel, think, and act the way we do. Early on, I noticed a quiet pull toward intuition and inner guidance, and I began exploring practices that helped me connect more deeply with my own inner wisdom. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a path of guiding others on their own journeys.
Discovering the Dolores Cannon Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) was a turning point. It felt natural and familiar, as though I had been preparing for it my whole life. QHHT allows people to access their subconscious, past-life memories, and higher guidance. I serve as a guide and facilitator, creating a safe, supportive space while each person connects with their own truth. Along with Reiki, sound medicine,and energy work, my sessions help people explore their patterns, reconnect with their inner spark, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t always been an easy journey but the universe has always guided me along my path. I started this career after a divorce and becoming a single parent to a special-needs adult. I needed a direction that would allow me to support my family and heal myself, and through my own journey, I’ve been gathering the wisdom that now guides the work I do with clients.
Each client brings a new perspective that teaches me something about the universe, healing, or myself. I feel deeply honored when clients allow me to facilitate their healing journey, and witnessing their growth is a true blessing.
Some challenges have been personal, like learning to trust my own sensitivity and navigate my fears while showing up fully for the work. Every session reminds me there’s always more to learn and understand.
We’ve been impressed with San Antonio QHHT and Reiki healing services, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I guide people into the deeper layers of themselves, where clarity, peace, and healing begin. I offer QHHT, Reiki and spiritual guidance, and while each modality is different, they all support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom. I stay true to the QHHT method as it’s meant to be practiced, and my other skills help me connect more deeply with clients before and after their sessions.
People know me for creating a safe, calming, and sacred space. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and supported, which helps them open up and trust the process. My approach is intuitive, gentle, and grounded, and I meet each person exactly where they are.
What sets me apart is the way I hold space and weave my intuitive gifts into the experience. I don’t heal people—I guide them into the parts of themselves where their own healing and answers already exist.
What I’m most proud of is the authenticity of my work. Everything I offer comes from my own journey, my lived experiences, and my desire to help others reconnect with who they truly are.
I want readers to know that my guidance is about empowerment, clarity, and soul connection. Whether someone comes for QHHT, Reiki or intuitive couselling, my intention is always to support them in remembering their own strength and inner knowing
What are your plans for the future?
In the future, I plan to grow my practice and eventually open my own dedicated space where I can host group regressions, workshops, and healing events. I want to create a welcoming environment where people can come together, learn, and experience meaningful personal growth. My goal is to offer more group experiences, continue expanding my one-on-one work, and build a space that supports community, connection, and transformation.
