Hi Kimberly Gutierrez, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Hi we’re Kimberly Gutierrez and Daniela Trevino, owners of Studio 07 Salon Suites. Before Studio 07 existed, we were two ambitious women running our own businesses, Modern Beauty Aesthetics, and The Danit Studio.
Modern Beauty has always been a dream for me (Kimberly) building a space with flawless looks and loyal clients specializing in lashes, brow services and waxing.
The Danit Studio is a calming space dedicated to enhancing natural beauty with makeup, brows, lashes, and waxing. You will leave feeling confident and renewed.
We wanted to build something together. Something bigger than just our own businesses. Something that other artists could thrive in too. So we teamed up, brought our skills and strengths together, and took the leap, and we opened Studio 07.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has a been a journey for sure. When we first found our location, it needed a lot of work. We wanted to make the space special and make it our own. We experienced delays and pushback from contractors and city inspections. All while this was going on, we were at a different location and had to endure working in a space where there was no working AC units. This tested our patience and it showed us to let go and trust in God to align everything in the perfect time. The wait was worth it and made us stronger in the end.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Studio 07 is so special to us and we poured our hearts into this dream. Our salon suites were created by beauty professionals, for beauty professionals. As women in the industry ourselves, we understand the challenges, dreams and daily realities our renters face and we’re committed to providing a space where they can truly thrive. What sets us apart is not just our support, but the environment we’ve built: a high-end modern space that elevates both your work and your client experience. Here, beauty pros are empowered, supported, and surrounded by aesthetic that inspires success.
What’s next?
We plan to fill up our rooms with like-minded women that uplift and support each other while creating a very peaceful, healthy and professional work environment. We are also looking forward to planning more pop-ups at our location to bring more people in the beauty industry together.
