Divine Circus Entertainment was born from a spark — the belief that even in life’s toughest moments, we can create something extraordinary. Growing up, I didn’t have a traditional path to success. I learned early on that resilience and imagination could turn challenges into opportunities, and that spirit became the heartbeat of Divine Circus.
What began as a small group of local performers with big dreams has evolved into one of San Antonio’s most vibrant entertainment companies. Today, our talented family of stilt walkers, LED robots, fire dancers, and specialty artists bring events to life across Texas — from elegant galas to high-energy festivals.
We take pride in being family-friendly without ever losing the thrill. Every performance is crafted to spark connection, inspire awe, and remind people that magic is real. Divine Circus isn’t just about entertainment — it’s about people, purpose, and creating moments that leave a lasting impression.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road definitely hasn’t been smooth — but that’s part of what makes the story so meaningful. Building Divine Circus Entertainment has been a journey of grit, creativity, and trust in my own vision. When you start a company built on performance and artistry, you quickly realize you’re not just creating shows — you’re creating opportunity, stability, and a reputation that has to shine as bright offstage as it does under the lights.
There were times when I faced closed doors, tight budgets, and long nights wondering if I could keep all the pieces moving. But every challenge became part of the act — I learned how to adapt, lead, and keep building even when the spotlight flickered.
What’s kept me going isn’t the applause — it’s the impact. I love creating moments and memories that stay with people, experiences that make them stop, look up, and feel something real. That’s the magic behind Divine Circus — turning vision into something unforgettable.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Outside of Divine Circus, I serve as the HR Manager for Computer Solutions, a leading technology company in South Texas. In my role, I oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and culture initiatives — everything that shapes how people experience their work. From designing growth plans to planning company-wide events, my focus is on building a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best.
The heart of my HR role mirrors the heart of Divine Circus — people first, always. Whether I’m developing an employee recognition program or producing a live show, my mission is the same: to create spaces where people feel seen and connected. I believe culture is everything — it drives engagement, retention, creativity, and trust.
I’m proud to bring both structure and soul into what I do. By day, I help shape one of the most respected tech companies in South Texas. By night, I lead a team of artists bringing wonder to life. It’s an unconventional balance, but to me, it’s the perfect harmony of purpose and passion.
What does success mean to you?
For me, success isn’t about titles, money, or recognition — it’s about impact. It’s about knowing that what I’m building — whether at Computer Solutions or through Divine Circus — makes a difference in people’s lives.
Success is when someone leaves a performance inspired, or when an employee walks out of a meeting feeling seen, supported, and valued. It’s the quiet victories — building trust, creating memories, and watching people grow into the best versions of themselves.
I define success as the ability to stay true to who you are while continuing to evolve. It’s about leading with purpose, standing tall through challenges, and never losing sight of the people who make it all worth it.
