Community Highlights: Meet Eileen Suarez of Eileen Suarez CoachSulting LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eileen Suarez.

Hi Eileen, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
For me, transformation isn’t just a word; it’s a way of life.

After spending over two decades in the corporate world, including 22 years in the insurance industry, I reached a point where achievement no longer equaled fulfillment. I had checked all the boxes of success, yet something was missing. Deep down, I knew I was meant to make a greater impact, one that helped others reach their full potential by discovering their strengths and live with confidence and purpose.

That realization led me to the world of Talent Development, where I found immense joy in helping people unlock their potential from within. It was during this chapter that I became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a decision that changed everything. The experience deepened my fascination with human potential and allowed me to witness firsthand how uncovering strengths could transform not only careers, but lives.

During my certification training, I asked a simple question that changed my career trajectory: “Does Gallup have a Strengths Assessment for kids?” The answer was yes, and I immediately bought it for my then 10-year-old son, Antonio. When we reviewed his results, his talents showed he had potential to be an “entrepreneur.” The next day, he came home excited and told me he’d started his own “business,” selling PRIME Hydration drinks at a profit because they were so hard to find at that time.

That moment immediately has me thinking “I wish I had this kind of clarity and confidence when I was his age.” Then I heard a whisper: “If this can ignite purpose in your son, imagine what it can do for other kids.”

That whisper became my calling. I began creating strengths-based, confidence-building workshops for youth to help them understand what makes them unique and powerful. Those workshops grew into partnerships with parents, schools, and organizations like the Girl Scouts, Communities in Schools, and college programs – especially those serving underserved communities. Each experience reaffirmed that helping people see their own brilliance was exactly what I was meant to do.

Eventually, that whisper evolved into my business Eileen Suarez CoachSulting, LLC. I built it while working full-time, driven by faith and a vision to blend coaching, consulting, and brain-based strategies that help individuals transform from the inside out.

As a lifelong learner, I’ve always believed that growth fuels transformation. I hold a Master’s in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I’ve also earned 21 professional certifications spanning coaching, performance consulting, change management, facilitation, public speaking, and project management, each representing my commitment to excellence and continuous learning.

Coming from a military family, service is deeply ingrained in who I am. I had the privilege of working for an organization whose mission was to serve those who have served, and from that experience grew a profound passion for supporting our military community and military spouses through career readiness coaching and mentoring. This passion led me to partner with organizations such as FourBlock, Veterati, and American Corporate Partners, where I continue to help transitioning service members and their families navigate their next chapter with confidence and clarity.

As a servant leader, I’ve always looked for meaningful ways to give back to my community. In 2024, I was honored to be accepted into the Masters Leadership Program of San Antonio, an experience that expanded my network, deepened my civic involvement, and further strengthened my commitment to service. After graduation, I was invited to serve on the Board of the Masters Leadership Program Alumni Association as Secretary, and on CAVALRY’s Board as Vice Chair of Programs.

What differentiates me from other coaches is how I uniquely blend coaching and consulting through a brain-based, strengths-driven, and purpose-centered approach. I don’t just help people set goals, I help them rewire their thinking, rebuild their confidence, and realign with their purpose.

Today, I design tailored programs for youth, professionals, veterans, and organizations, guiding them to go from stuck to unstoppable and helping them live the life they were truly meant for. My vision is empowering people to build confidence and courage by rewiring their minds and unlocking their strengths, because I believe confident, purpose-driven leaders create ripple effects of transformation across generations.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting a business while working full-time meant long nights and weekends. I built workshops, created strategies, designed content and workbooks, wrote speeches, and coached clients after hours, all while balancing family life.

Then in July 2025, I was laid off from my corporate job. But instead of seeing it as a loss, I chose to see it as an opportunity; a divine redirection. I call it my “From Layoff to Lift-Off” story.

There were moments of fear and uncertainty about leaving the comfort of corporate life, but I learned that growth and comfort can’t coexist. I leaned into my faith, trusting that this was part of God’s plan, and that pursuing my passion and purpose full time through my business was exactly where I was meant to be.

Every challenge I’ve faced has shaped me into a stronger coach, entrepreneur, and leader. I’ve learned to have a strong faith, trust my instincts, honor my values, and stay focused on impact over perfection. My journey has taught me that mindset matters, and that purpose is my compass while intention is my momentum fueling my mission to make a lasting impact in the world.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Eileen Suarez CoachSulting LLC?
At Eileen Suarez CoachSulting, LLC, I help people go from stuck to unstoppable. I specialize in brain-based coaching, leadership development, and confidence-building programs that empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential.

What sets my work apart is the unique blending of coaching and consulting, what I call CoachSulting. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Beyond individual and corporate facilitation and coaching, I’m most proud of my Confident Leader Give Back Program which is a social impact initiative where I partner with companies to provide coaching, confidence-building, and mindset workshops to underserved youth and communities. Through this program, I transform corporate learning into community impact, extending my ripple of confidence, courage, and purpose far beyond the workplace by empowering today’s youth to become the confident leaders of tomorrow.

What I want readers to know about my brand is that transformation isn’t a luxury, it’s a possibility for everyone. My work is about unlocking human potential at every stage of life from youth discovering their voice, to professionals redefining success, to leaders creating cultures of authenticity and growth.

At the core of everything I do is one belief:

When people find their confidence and purpose, they don’t just change their own lives they change the world around them. Please contact me to join me in this movement!

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
Leaving a 22-year corporate career to start my own business was the biggest risk I’ve ever taken, but also the most rewarding.

I’ve learned that taking risks isn’t about being fearless; it’s about being faithful to your purpose. I wouldn’t call myself a natural risk-taker, but I believe in taking purposeful risks, the kind that align with your values and vision.

Every major turning point in my life – becoming a Gallup Certified Coach, launching my business, creating the Confident Leader Give Back Program, or speaking on a new stage has required passion, drive, and courage. Every single opportunity has expanded my purpose and impact.

For me, risk is a bridge between who you are and who you’re meant to become.
