Now led by second-generation watchmaker Hagay Cohen, Endless Time continues its tradition of excellence—offering expert repairs, battery replacements, and restorations for luxury and fashion watches. Located inside North Star Mall in San Antonio, the brand remains dedicated to precision, integrity, and timeless service.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. Operating a real, hands-on business inside a high-end mall is never easy. The costs are high, the expectations are even higher, and every day requires hard work, consistency, and personal presence. Competing with big brands while maintaining the personal touch of a small business has been challenging — but it’s also what makes Endless Time special and why our loyal customers keep coming back.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I like best about our city is the warmth and friendliness of the people. San Antonio has a strong sense of community, and customers truly value personal service — that’s what makes doing business here so rewarding.
What I like least is that small local businesses sometimes struggle to compete with big chains, especially inside large malls. But that challenge also pushes us to work harder, deliver better service, and keep our loyal customers coming back.

- Battery replacement: Starting at $14.95, up to $125 depending on the watch type (includes Swiss battery, cleaning, and water seal if needed).
- Watch band adjustment: $15–$18
- Metal band replacement: $35–$50
- Advanced repair and movement service: Custom quote based on brand and condition
- One-year warranty on all battery replacements.
