Check Out Capone De Leon’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Capone De Leon.

Hi Capone, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
ManJon Studios started with one simple idea — to help small businesses, nonprofits, and ministries communicate their message with clarity, creativity, and purpose.

When I first launched the studio, it wasn’t about chasing clients or trends. It was about seeing a need right here in San Antonio: local entrepreneurs and community leaders were doing great work, but they didn’t have the systems or branding to match their vision. I wanted to fix that.

What began as a creative agency — doing graphics, videos, and social media — quickly grew into something much bigger. I realized that most business owners weren’t just struggling with marketing; they were struggling with structure. They had passion but lacked automation, follow-up, and digital tools to scale.

That’s when ManJon Studios evolved from a design studio into a full-service automation and brand systems company. We started integrating platforms like HighLevel, AI, and strategic funnel building to help businesses operate like real enterprises — even if they were just starting out.

Along the way, we kept one thing at the core: purpose. Through J-Jireh Ministries, we connected that same technology and structure to faith-driven initiatives — giving nonprofits, community projects, and ministries the same tools and professionalism as big corporations.

Over the years, we’ve worked with small business owners, community organizers, and ministry leaders across San Antonio who all share the same goal: to make a lasting impact. Whether it’s building a client automation system, creating brand visuals, or helping a ministry launch online, ManJon Studios has become a trusted partner for turning vision into strategy.

Today, we’re focused on empowering the next generation of purpose-driven leaders with AI-powered systems that make business easier, smarter, and more Kingdom-aligned. ManJon Studios isn’t just about helping people look good online — it’s about helping them function at the level their calling deserves.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not even close. Building ManJon Studios has been one of the hardest and holiest experiences of my life. There’s nothing smooth about walking by faith in business.

There were seasons where I was creating content and systems for other people while wondering how to keep my own business afloat. Times when doors would open, only to close just as fast. Moments when I questioned whether I was building what God called me to — or just trying to survive another month.

When you’re building something purpose-driven, you don’t get the luxury of separating your faith from your work. You’re called to trust when nothing makes sense. And that’s been my story — learning to build in the middle of uncertainty.

One of the biggest challenges was balancing creativity, ministry, and business structure. I started out thinking passion would be enough. But the truth is, passion without systems burns out fast. I had to learn the hard way how to set boundaries, how to price correctly, how to delegate, and how to stop trying to do everything myself.

There were also personal sacrifices — late nights, missed opportunities, and a lot of unseen work. But every setback refined me. Every delay forced me to grow.

What I’ve learned is that success doesn’t show up all at once. It shows up in layers — one faithful decision at a time. ManJon Studios wasn’t built on hype; it was built on obedience, resilience, and grace.

And while the road’s been rough, it’s also been real. Every challenge shaped the leader I am today — and reminded me that sometimes, the struggle is the assignment.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
At ManJon Studios, we build systems that help people bring their vision to life — not just in business, but in purpose. We specialize in automated client systems, creative branding, and AI-powered marketing through platforms like HighLevel, but our focus has always been deeper than just tech. We help people tell their story in a way that multiplies their impact.

From small business owners and community leaders to ministries and nonprofits, we create the kind of infrastructure that allows them to grow — systems that handle onboarding, marketing, and communication, so they can focus on the mission instead of the mess.

But my work doesn’t stop there — music has always been at the core of my creative DNA. It’s how I first learned to express truth, faith, and culture all at once. Through my music, I’ve been able to reach audiences that might never walk into a church or a business seminar, but they can feel the message in the sound. The same storytelling that drives ManJon Studios shows up in my songs — speaking life, identity, and hope through rhythm and word.

That’s really what sets us apart. We’re not a normal agency — we’re a movement. ManJon Studios stands at the intersection of creativity, culture, and Kingdom purpose. We use modern tools like AI and automation, but we approach it with heart. Everything we build — from a marketing funnel to a song release — carries a message of legacy and light.

What I’m most proud of is seeing people realize they can compete and create with excellence without compromising their values. Watching a client or an artist go from overlooked to empowered — from chaos to clarity — that’s the reward.

At the end of the day, ManJon Studios isn’t just about technology or music; it’s about transformation. It’s about using every gift God gave us — creativity, strategy, and sound — to make sure people are seen, heard, and equipped to walk boldly in their calling.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
First and foremost, I give all glory to God, who has guided every step of this journey. Without His wisdom and direction, none of this would be possible.

Next, my wife, Becky, has been my constant anchor — offering partnership, encouragement, and insight in both life, ministry, and business. Our children are also a driving force, reminding me daily of the legacy I want to build and the example I want to set.

My mom and dad played foundational roles as well. My mom recognized my potential early, taking me to networking functions when I was just 12 and nominating me for awards like The Jefferson Award, The Imagineers Award, and the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Hispanic Business Magazine. My dad showed me how to dream big, pushing me to envision possibilities beyond what seemed realistic and teaching me that ambition paired with faith can move mountains.

Beyond family, the San Antonio community — from the lowrider culture and small business networks to nonprofit and ministry partners — has been instrumental. Mentors, collaborators, clients, and teammates have all challenged me to think bigger, refine my message, and build systems that last. Some planted seeds, some watered them, and some helped the vision grow.

Every one of these influences has shaped me, taught me resilience, and fueled my passion to use ManJon Studios and J-Jireh Ministries to serve, create, and leave a lasting impact.
