I started with nothing but faith, grit, and a deep desire to change my family’s story. I come from humble beginnings, where struggle was the teacher and responsibility came early. That foundation taught me two things — to work hard and to serve others.

Insurance wasn’t my first dream, but it became my calling. I realized protecting families is one of the most powerful ways to build generational wealth and peace of mind. What began as one policy turned into a mission — to educate, empower, and elevate our communities through knowledge and opportunity.

Today, as the founder of Trillo Insurance Group, my purpose is bigger than business. It’s about legacy — protecting what people love, inspiring others to lead, and showing that faith, vision, and consistency can take you from survival to significance.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all — and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The road has been full of challenges, from financial struggles and personal losses to moments of doubt where I questioned if the vision was even possible. But those moments built me.

Starting from zero meant I had to learn every part of the business — sales, service, leadership, culture — all while staying true to my purpose. There were seasons when doors closed, people walked away, and faith was the only thing that kept me standing.

But pressure builds character. Every obstacle became a lesson, every setback a setup. The struggles refined my vision — to build something that not only succeeds, but serves.

My faith is the foundation — God opened doors I couldn’t open myself. My family taught me humility and hard work, and my team at Trillo Insurance Group turned vision into reality through consistency and heart.

Leaders and organizations like NAHREP and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce shaped me, showing that community and collaboration can move mountains. And of course, our clients and partners — their trust fuels my mission every day.

What’s next is expansion with intention. Trillo Insurance Group is growing in both reach and impact — building offices, empowering new agents, and educating families on how to protect and grow what they’ve built.

Personally, I’m stepping deeper into leadership and mentorship, helping others find purpose in their profession and excellence in their execution. Because true success isn’t what you accumulate — it’s what you empower others to achieve.
