Owner, Lindsay Manes, started as a Transaction Coordinator in 2017 supporting her husband and a few additional agents in Central TX. The business grew organically from a significant number of referrals and Lindsay eventually partnered with Co-Owner, Natalie Motl, to form Trinity Transaction Solutions in December 2020. With Natalie’s extensive coordination experience in other industries, the two made a perfect partnership bringing high level services to Realtors® & Brokers all over Texas.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Training transaction coordinators to offer the same level of quality service that myself and co-owner Natalie Motl offer.
Another challenge is that we sometimes blur the lines between a personal assistant and a transaction coordinator. There are times clients have wrong expectations of the work that we offer that leads to dissatisfaction either in the agent or the TC because the demand becomes unmanageable.

What do I want highlighted/proud of: We have fully and organically grown our business every year based on referrals alone. We have proven operational systems in place that have helped real estate professionals double their business in one year and we have testimonials to prove it. We are proud of how Trinity Transaction Solutions has grown while continuing to offer exceptional services to our clients.
What sets us apart: We have a very boutique personal feel to our services. We also offer a hands on approach allowing our services to easily integrate into an agents process. Our goal is for a real estate agent to feel that we are apart of their team.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
San Antonio and its surrounding communities has beautiful views of the hill country. It offers a large variety activities for all ages and great attractions like the Alamo, Riverwalk, Theme Parks.
Least: The highways, roads!
