Hi Marco, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Mp land services started in October 2024. I worked with the Soberanes family for 7 years as a bobcat operator, driver, and mechanic, so I gained a lot of experience and skills. Some rough times came, and work slowed down. This hard situation made me get up and find a way to keep stability for my family. I decided to chase my dream of building my own landscaping company. Anyway, I had nothing to lose. With the advice of a friend, I started getting my own equipment, making calls, and knocking on doors. People heard about me and started helping people with their yard projects. Now, every project that I start, I feel confident and keep my customers happy.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Initiating my career wasn’t easy, given my newcomer status in the business. However, I was lucky to find reliable mentors who provided me with constructive feedback and guidance. Be prepared to encounter clients who may not settle their dues or those who may not be invested in your success
