Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?

She’s an expert when it comes to guiding clients through the ups and downs of real estate and a wiz at utilizing social media marketing having been recognized for her accomplishments throughout San Antonio by NAHREP. Born and raised in San Antonio, Denise is a second-generation realtor from a family of entrepreneurs. Her mother inspired her to enter the field. Before earning her license, Denise was a Preschool Director. She likens the experience to real estate because both require her to earn the trust of others, anticipate needs, and sense unspoken concerns. Denise understands the care such a big life decision requires—and she’s honored to be part of that process. She also has a strong referral-based clientele. Denise strives to be an inspiration to her two girls—showing them that it’s possible to pursue a gratifying career and be a great mom! She loves traveling and all-things vintage—movies, art, and interior design.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Balancing a thriving real estate career while being a mom isn’t always easy. Some days, the challenges and obstacles can feel like they’re consuming me—but they also remind me why I do this. For my clients, for my girls, and for the life we’re building together.
