Hidden Gems: Meet Amanda Casanova of G Partners & Realty LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Amanda Casanova.

Hi Amanda, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Ive always been a hustler from selling at the flea markets with my sister as a child to owning a Mexican restaurant , Construction company which led to me running sales for our Homebuilding company . After being self employed for 13 years, i found myself a single mom with 3 amazing children. Thankfully I had developed great relationships in the industry and was blessed with the opportunity to work for Stewart Title where I worked myself from assistant to Escrow Officer in 1.5 years, I held this position for 13 years. In 2016 I decided to step away from corporate and join the dark side of real estate as a self employed Real Estate agent and haven’t looked back since. I truly love educating people about Homeownership , especially First-time Homebuyers, they are my favorite dreamers to work with because the majority of the time they don’t believe they can achieve the dream of owning a home. I have learned everything by trial and error and on the job training. Through every position Ive held one thing was consistent and clear, I really enjoy helping people whether it be by advocating for them or finding solutions or sometimes simply encouraging them.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Being a single mom of three meant I carried all the responsibilities but my children also made stronger and motivated me. Also coming from a position where all my friends and sphere of influence was realtors definitely made it challenging to become a successful Realtor. However i was blessed to work with an amazing , caring successful mentor who took the time and effort to teach me the business from the ground up. I always tell new agents or struggling agents to find a mentor that will invest in them with both time and experience.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
At G Partners & Realty, real estate is truly a family affair. We’re a family-run team based in San Antonio, made up of myself, my husband’s eldest daughter, and my daughter-in-law. Together, we bring a warm, personal approach to helping clients through every stage of their real estate journey.

As a family-run business, success also means building something meaningful together — creating a legacy we’re proud of, and being able to serve our community with heart and purpose.
