Meet Xochitl Valentine of San Antonio, Tx

Today we’d like to introduce you to Xochitl Valentine.

Xochitl, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’ve been in the world of social media, entertainment, performance management, and content creation since I was 16. My journey began in the haunted house industry, which unexpectedly became the launchpad for my career. From that point on, I found myself immersed in all aspects of the entertainment world- collaborating with attractions, influencers, artists, and more. That early experience opened the door to a career that’s spanned everything from live attractions to digital storytelling.

Since then, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with influencers, artists, streamers, and iconic owners of world-famous attractions. I’ve stage managed high-traffic, immersive experiences, helped run major shows, and brought visions to life both behind the scenes and on stage. My theater background includes producing and putting on shows for various entertainers, blending performance, production, and audience engagement in ways that continue to influence my work today.

On the artistic side, I’ve designed and painted exhibits for the city of San Antonio, merging my visual storytelling with public art. Whether I’m managing a streamer’s online presence, building a brand’s content strategy, or helping produce large-scale entertainment events, I bring a deep love for storytelling, community, and immersive experiences.

In addition to managing others, I’m also a content creator myself. I stream games on Twitch, post behind-the-scenes content from the entertainment and social media management world, and manage the media presence of various brands, tattoo shops, and influencers. I blend immersive entertainment with photography, videography, analytic management, and just enough controlled chaos to keep things exciting. Every piece of what I do -on stage, online, or in the studio- is built around creating moments people feel part of.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I’ve always said I’m thankful for the mentors who believed in me- and equally thankful for the apprentices of mine who believed in themselves. Their support and drive have shaped a lot of who I am in this industry.

One of the biggest challenges in the work I do is balancing freedom with risk. The careers I hold- content creation, entertainment, and social media- come with a lot of creative control, but also a constant pressure to perform, evolve, and prove your value. The city is saturated with incredibly talented artists, performers, and creators. That kind of competition can make it difficult to stand out.

But I see that as both a challenge and a blessing. It pushes me. and the people I work with, to continuously refine our art, think outside the box, and stay authentic while adapting. It’s not always easy, but it’s what makes this work so rewarding.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I offer social media management services for small businesses, brands, and creatives throughout the city- handling everything from content strategy, content creation, to analytics and engagement. Beyond that, I’m also available for photography, videography, murals, scenic design work, and performance management.

My work blends creativity and structure, visual storytelling and logistics. Whether I’m helping a brand grow their online presence, building immersive environments, or managing a live show, my goal is always to create something memorable and impactful.

You can see more of my work on my Instagram- at least, the experiences I’m not under NDA for!
