Hi Celinda, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Life has a way of breaking us open, like seeds cracked by fire so new growth can begin. My journey started in the ashes of who I thought I was—burned out, lost, and longing for something deeper. I grew up in a faith that didn’t speak to the full connection of mind, body, and spirit, and for years, I carried wounds I didn’t know were shaping my reality.
During the chaos of 2020, when the world stood still, I finally listened to the whispers of my soul. I left behind my teaching career because my body would no longer continue to function—but the Universe had a plan. Something greater was calling me. Energy healing found me like an old friend I had forgotten, and as I learned to awaken the great healer within my being, I knew I was meant to share this medicine with others.
That’s how Ashes To Phoenix was born—a space for transformation, where people can shed what no longer serves them and rise into their power. Through Reiki, Violet Flame healing, Qigong, and other sacred practices, I help others awaken the healer within. Because healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about remembering the wholeness that was always there.
And now, here I am, still rising, still learning, still walking this path with an open heart, knowing that every soul I meet is a reflection of the divine.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has been anything but smooth—but I’ve learned that the most beautiful transformations happen in the fire. There were moments when my body felt like it was betraying me, when pain became a language I didn’t know how to translate. Letting go of my teaching career wasn’t just a choice; it was a surrender. I had to trust that even in the unknown, I was being guided.
Starting Ashes To Phoenix wasn’t easy. There were doubts, financial struggles, and the weight of stepping into a path that wasn’t always understood. Healing work isn’t like traditional careers—it asks you to walk through your own shadows so you can hold space for others. There were times I questioned if people would see the value in what I offer, if they would understand that energy is everything. But every time I considered giving up, the Universe sent me a reminder—a client whose life was changed, a moment of deep connection, a sign that I was exactly where I was meant to be.
Thankfully, small business mentorships like the one I found with Alexander Mesquiti of the American Indians in Texas Economic Justice Program exist. His guidance was life-changing, helping me navigate the unknown with advice, resources, and encouragement when I needed it most. Master Healer Mariia Tsegelnyk of The Light of Healing was also instrumental, with her Business Program lighting the way. Connecting with other like-minded professionals has been invaluable—building meaningful relationships that uplift us all. I’ve been fortunate to meet incredible individuals like Angela Alonzo of Abundant Universe (@abundant.universe), Vic Janitzi of Late Bloomer (@victoriajanitzi), David Williams of Bexar Collective (@bexar.collective & @yoga.dave.sa), Alyssa Lopez of Knee N’Nalgas Body Therapeutics (@knee_n_nalgas), Claudia Solitaire of Moon Soul Yoga (@moon_soulyoga), Xylia Garcia of Sanadora (@xylialarissa), Rebecca Steele of The Well at Tecolote (@thewellattecolote & @twohoesgardening), Gabriella Tijerina and Lana Hernandez of Street 2 Feet (@street2feet), Tia Sanderson of Transcendental Creative (@transcendental.creative), and so many other amazing souls.
The struggles weren’t roadblocks; they were initiations. They carved me into who I am today, teaching me resilience, trust, and the power of alignment. And through it all, I kept rising, because that’s what the phoenix does. And I will continue to rise beyond all limits.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
At Ashes To Phoenix, I help people remember their power, their light, and the healer that already exists within them. My work is about transformation—shedding the layers of pain, fear, and limitation so the soul can rise. I offer energy healing sessions, including Reiki, Violet Flame Healing, Metatron Healing, Akashic Records Healing, Ancestral Healing, Past Life Healing, Qigong Healing, and more. I also teach others how to step into their own healing gifts through Energy Healing Certification Courses in Reiki, Metatron Healing, Violet Flame Healing, and Akashic Records Healing, which are all accredited by the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association. In addition to individual sessions and courses, I offer transformative group workshops, where people can come together, learn, and heal in a supportive, collective space, alongside Angela Alonzo, owner of Abundant Universe. Angela has created and provided a sacred space for healing that has played a pivotal role in the growth of my work.
I also offer donation-based practices where I can because I believe healing should be accessible to everyone. I work with a collective of holistic healing and wellness practitioners, where we come together every other month to offer donation-based practices at Celebrate Tu Cuerpo, an event created by Alyssa Lopez of Knee N’ Nalgas, hosted by Bexar Collective.
I am also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Consciousness, Psychology, and Transformation at National University, which has deepened my understanding of human potential and healing, allowing me to serve others in even more profound ways. Additionally, I am an ordained minister, which allows me to offer spiritual counseling and further expand the scope of support I can provide to those who seek guidance.
What sets Ashes To Phoenix apart is that this isn’t just about techniques or rituals—it’s about deep soul work. I integrate NLP, EFT, and other mindset tools into my sessions, because true healing isn’t just energetic; it’s also in the way we think, believe, and create our reality. Every session, every course, every offering is designed to help others break free from old cycles and align with their highest timeline.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the fact that Ashes To Phoenix is a space where people feel safe to heal. Healing isn’t a straight path—it’s messy, raw, and sometimes painful. But I hold space for that process with love, without judgment, and with the knowing that every soul has the power to rise.

I want to share something important with you: I am not the one healing you. The power to heal is always within you. My role is simply to create a sacred space, tuned to a high healing frequency, where you can reconnect with your own power. Healing doesn’t come from someone else—it comes from within, from the deep well of your own being.
I’m not here to take that power from you or tell you I’ve healed you. Healing is something no one can take away from you—not antiquated systems, not infrastructures built to control, not those in seats of power, not the patriarchy, nor any force outside of you. When you heal, everything else in the universe and beyond is impacted by it. The ripple effects are endless, infinite, and profound. Everything is interconnected.
This journey is yours. My role is to guide, to hold space, and to witness your transformation as you tap into your own energy, your own wisdom. The magic lies in your willingness to trust yourself, to let go of what no longer serves you, and to rise into the fullness of who you are.
This is why I would never take your power away by telling you I am the one who heals you. Instead, I would rather work to empower you to claim your own healing, to stand in your truth, and to remember the incredible strength that lies within you. I am here to guide you, to hold space for you, and to witness your transformation—if you feel called to it.
