We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Diana’s path to success has been shaped by resilience and determination. As a teen mother, she faced financial and recently some health challenges but never allowed obstacles to define her journey. Instead, she embraced them as opportunities to grow stronger.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I wear many hats, but at the core of everything I do is a passion for empowerment, leadership, and growth. I am the Director of Nuestra Belleza Texas, where I mentor and guide young women in their personal and professional development through pageantry. I believe pageants are not just about beauty; they are platforms for confidence, education, and empowerment.

I also own Perfect Image Promotions, a branding and marketing agency specializing in event promotions, beverage sampling, and brand management. My company helps businesses elevate their presence and connect with their audience in meaningful ways.

In addition to my entrepreneurial ventures, I have a background in nursing, serving as the Chief Nursing Officer for the Endoscopy Department at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. My experience in healthcare has taught me resilience, leadership, and the importance of service.

What Sets Me Apart

I am proud of my journey—from being a teen mother who faced financial and health challenges to becoming a successful businesswoman and leader. My resilience and determination have allowed me to overcome obstacles and turn them into stepping stones. I don’t let challenges define me; instead, I use them to fuel my growth.

What I’m Most Proud Of

I take pride in mentoring women and encouraging higher education. Seeing others succeed because of the guidance and opportunities I help provide is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. Whether it’s through my business, pageantry, or nursing, my mission is always to uplift, inspire, and create opportunities for others to include my children.
