Today we’d like to introduce you to Jon Frasier
Hi Jon, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my online coaching business back in college. At first I was just doing personal training, I’ve always been competitive and my junior year I decided to compete in my first bodybuilding competition, I was applying everything I was learning in school to try and improve my physique. Putting my degree and body to the test I was able to come away with a first place victory. The rest was history.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been smooth, after graduating I began my full time career. Bodybuilding competitions slowly moved further back in line, but my passion for coaching and helping people remained the same. Since then I’ve focused on my full time job and online coaching business.

It’s an online coaching business developed to help people reach their peak physique. It’s a brand that people know by the name and word of mouth, 95% of my clients are word of mouth clients. I don’t pay for advertising and these clients have real access to me personally for client check ins and new progress updates go out to my clients every week!
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Setting the standard, I pride myself in being the most consistent person and trainer there is, also being dependable, and a great resource in fitness but overall life as well.

- Competition prep is $230 per month
