Today we’d like to introduce you to Bee Gonzales
Hi Bee, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Being a single mom taught me how to persevere through the hard knocks of life. Not for just me but for my daughter. I want so much more for my daughter. I hope I get to show her that a women, a single mom, a minority can make it with a business and succeed AND so can she! Secondly I’m doing this to make my dad proud of the daughter he raised. Love you, dad! Ive known for some time I wanted to start a business but was too scared. I love listening to educational podcasts and I came across one about debt. I can’t remember who it was but he said, “ investing in yourself and making residual income, is not bad debit, it’s good debt”. And it clicked! Learn the power of good debt! I’ve wanted to open up a Photobooth business for years. I loved how fun and exciting it made each event I attended. Naturally, I loved hosting parties and decorating for each occasions/holidays. I let the fear of the paperwork side of the business, the legality and the amount of money it would take keep me from pursing this. But what is that saying? “if you build it, they will come” with that and finding out about positive debt, I felt this was it and this was the time. So I am taking a leap of faith and I created my business. I named it after myself Bee and I want everyone to know they are beautiful and together we can create beautiful moments. So I named my business Bee-autiful Photobooth Moments. I’d say it’s cleaver 😉
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s been a lot of late nights staying up researching and learning about the business style, structure. Which systems are out there and needed for this industry, which ones are cost effective for payment system, contracts, scheduler, website, marketing. It’s a lot but I have the drive and willingness.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I provide laughter and fun! We create long lasting memories through my Photobooth. I am self motivated, I strive to be great. I get joy seeing what I’ve done brighten up someone else day. I carry myself and what I do with high integrity, that’s my number one priority. Be honest, give it your best, be dependable and reliable and you will reap good rewards. I know, The best is yet to come! To show for it my business is insured and bonded, so you can trust your in good hands.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
You have to figure out where you want your business to go and find out who are the counter parts you need relationships with to help scale you to where you want to be. A good start for me was looking for networking events. I got to meet all sorts of people with different industry backgrounds. Building that reputation with them has given me the advantage of them referring me for business. Get to know everyone!

- Packages: $250-2hour Photobooth only or $450-3 hrs unlimited digital download to your phone, backdrop, gif, props, customized photo template, attendant for entire event. Subject to change.
